At HydrateYourPup™, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
📦 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date of shipment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Damaged Product: If the product itself (not just the packaging) arrives damaged, you may request a refund. To process this, you must provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged item.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Damage only to the outer packaging while the product itself is intact.

Incorrect use, handling, or accidental damage caused by the customer.

Situations where the customer fails to provide proof of product damage.
🔄 Returns
We do not accept physical returns. If your case qualifies for a refund, you will not need to ship the item back to us.
⏱ Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
